Aluminum Ingots
Custom aluminum alloy ingots manufactured to your exact specifications. Every batch is verified with our ARL 3460 spectrometer and accompanied by a certificate of analysis.
We manufacture custom aluminum alloy ingots, donuts, and bars with precise chemical composition for the automotive, electrical, steel, and extrusion industries. 4,000 MT/year capacity, ISO 9001:2015 certified.
We manufacture aluminum products with spectrometer-verified chemical composition, designed to meet the specific requirements of each customer and process.
Custom aluminum alloy ingots manufactured to your exact specifications. Every batch is verified with our ARL 3460 spectrometer and accompanied by a certificate of analysis.
Aluminum donut rings manufactured to your requested alloy. Ideal for applications requiring lighter-weight pieces with precision and consistency.
Alloyed aluminum bars manufactured to customer specifications. Precision manufacturing for extrusion and industrial machining processes.
Our secondary smelting process transforms recycled aluminum into high-quality alloys with exact chemical composition.
Aluminum scrap is received, sorted by alloy family, and prepared for smelting. Contaminants and unwanted materials are removed.
Sorted aluminum is melted in reverberatory furnaces at high temperature, transforming into liquid metal ready for treatment.
Fluxes are applied to remove oxides and impurities. Rotary degassing with nitrogen or argon removes dissolved hydrogen, reducing porosity.
Alloying elements (Si, Cu, Mg, etc.) are precisely added to achieve the exact chemical composition specified by the customer.
Our Thermo Scientific ARL 3460 spectrometer, calibrated with ALCOA standards, verifies composition before every pour.
Refined aluminum is poured into ingot molds, donut molds, or bar molds. Each batch receives a chemical analysis certificate.
Chemical composition controlled with precision according to American (AA) and European (EN) standards. We also manufacture custom alloys.
